"I had been working with several dealers in my area who were non friendly and didn't seem to want my business. I went to the Rv Supercenter because I found them online and seemed to have a great selection. I went in and boy were my expectations met!! Not only did they have one of the best selections to choose from but these guys and gals are NICE!! I didn't feel pounded on, I didn't feel the "take it or leave" it attitude they just treated me like a respected possible client. I was also impressed that they keep a modest service department and only service what they sell so little or no waiting time to get in. (Ill be testing that theory next week when I have to take it in for some minor adjustments) Thanks to the whole crew from my salesperson to Mike Kahle the manager for making me feel like one of the family! "Let me give my thanks for a good buying time at RV Supercenter. They should be called RV Superguys! When I went in to look at trailers they were very nice and took their time with me.I do not speak english well so they were nice enough to have their service manager Louis who speaks spanish good and work with me to explain the trailers and work with me in finance. I feel very comfortable. Sometimes the places I go to look at trailers dont like that I cant speak english good so they treat me like they dont care. NOT HERE! Please tell manager Michael Kahle (really nice man!)and Louis Vierstra (muchos gracias amigo!)you have my thank you and will tell my freinds.

"Dear Mr. Kahle,
This letter should emit a soft, warm glow when read, as indicative of our heartfelt appreciation for all your company's efforts and attention to ensure that our new home was ready and delivered on time. Ed Page, Ron Dace, Mary PapaAndreas, David Heslem and John Soto were all particularly instrumental in our successful transaction - but most notably was the kind and thoughtful attention we received from David and Jean Pruitt during the delivery and setting of our new 5th wheel on our property near Rockport, Texas - which will be our full-time residence until we complete construction of our home (which we hope to begin later this year).
We met David and Jean in Temecula during our final walk-through, and from that time they maintained timely communications regarding their preparations, schedule and progress along the route. Several times along the way we spoke regarding the increasingly inclement weather conditions...But even so, they made excellent time, arriving Tuesday late afternoon amid rain showers with blustery winds.
We elected to 'make the switch' in the morning (their original estimated arrival) - and so met for breakfast and had the out-of-state delivery paperwork notarized. Then displaying exceptional teamwork, they patiently positioned our new Forest River in a very tight area, exactly where we requested, stabilized the unit and then helped us move several of our larger items into it.
We would also like to commend David Heslem and John Soto for their EXCEPTIONAL help during our walk-through! We have owned 5 either 5th wheel or tag along trailers, and this walk-through was the best, most thorough one we have ever had!
